Tulla CHOIR Exhibition

Five page Newsletter (pdf format) featuring the work of pupils attending St. Mochulla's School Tulla, Co. Clare, Ireland. It relates to an exhibition relating to the CHOIR project.

The pupils' work features:
  • 5th Class Pupils' Artwork is based on their interpretation of KISS by the Austrian artist KLIMT as outlined in the Austrian Lesson Plan and available in Culture Box on the CHOIR website.  Also from the Austrian Culture Box the children studied the poem "Ein Freund Ging Nach Amerika" by Rosenberg
  • 5th Class children also studied the Asturian Herrero. This features in the Culture from Posada de Lllanera in Asturias. The students were fascinated by the Celtic connection in the designs.
  • The Exhibition also features a series of photographs, taken by the 6th Class pupils, using the Photo Marathon model as outlined in the Danish Lesson Plan and available in Culture Box on the CHOIR website. It features the elements of Love, Loneliness, Pride, Relaxation and Happiness.
  • 6th Class pupils studied the poem San Martino from the Sesto Fiorentino Culture Box. They presented their interpretations in art form
The CHOIR EXHIBITION was prepared by the pupils and all pupils, parents and the general PUBLIC OF TULLA are invited to attend.

This Exhibition is currently on view in the local municipal library in Tulla
