MONDAY 30TH MARCH – FRIDAY 3RD APRIL 2009

PROPOSED AGENDA

MONDAY 30TH MARCH
    Arriving during the day/evening. We will meet at the hotel.

TUESDAY 31ST MARCH
    08.00        Breakfast
    09.00        Leaving the hotel. Taxi to Posada de Llanera.
    09.30     Meeting
to 11.30        The agenda is the experiences we all have with creating the boxes.
                      How we got the students and teachers involved, how much time we                            used etc. Kirsten will comment on evaluation forms 1 and 2.
    11.30        Informal reception by the Principal.
                    Lunch
                    After lunch Continue with the meeting.

    16.30        Meeting in The Cultural Centre of Llanera.

WEDNESDAY 01ST APRIL
    08.00        Breakfast
    09.00        Leaving the hotel. Taxi to Posada de Llanera.
    09.30        Meeting
to 10.45        The agenda is the ideas of working with the cultural boxes. Each of us                        shall prepare a lesson about how to work with our own cultural box.                        Kirsten will comment on evaluation form 3. Furthermore we shall                            discuss how to continue/end the work this year.
    10.45         Meeting with students and teachers involved in the project.
                       Meeting continues: The website.
                       Kyran will tell us about his work with the website, and we will                                    continue the talk from Ennis with specific clarifications.

                       Cultural tour of Oviedo.

THURSDAY 02ND APRIL
    08.00        Breakfast
    09.00        Meeting in hotel.
to Lunch        How are we going to continue the work next year?
                       What are we going to do before we meet in Austria
                       (Week 41 (5/10 - 9/10)?
                       Travel to Aviles.
                       Last banquet!

FRIDAY 03RD APRIL
                        Leaving Oviedo and going home!
