School Management & Research Training
SMART (School Management and Research Training) is a collaborative project involving partners in Norway, Ireland, Spain, Malta, U.K., Finland and the Czech Republic.
SMART is designed to assist Leaders in schools by enhancing the Leadership Skills of School Managers and Principals.
Among the innovative ideas introduced by the SMART Project are Leader Shadowing, comparing the role of Leaders in Education & Industry and Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, Legal issues for Leaders and small scale Research Studies.
The Project, scheduled to run from 2011 to 2014, invites the participants to attend Local Courses, Multilateral Courses and International Conferences.
