We are delighted to open expressions of interest for FlipEd – The Flipped Classroom, an 8-week blended learning project.

This project supports post-primary teachers in developing effective flipped classroom practice and will include:

Two in-person Professional Learning Experience (PLE) days on 22 January and 24 March, supported by self-directed modules released at the launch. These PLEs will take place in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
Two online check-ins with the Digital Technologies Team
Opportunities to collaborate with peers, explore practical tools, troubleshoot challenges, and design approaches tailored to your school context
Support throughout the project, including substitution cover, travel and subsistence

During the project, you will bring your learning back to your school and implement the flipped classroom with one of your student groups.

Two participating teachers per school may attend. Substitution cover, travel and subsistence provided.

Submit your Expression of Interest by 5:00pm, Friday 12 December 2025.
