DabbledooMusic - A new method for primary school music

2 hours - 28th November 2018 - 5pm to 7pm 

This course will introduce you to a new method of teaching music in the classroom, specifically designed for Irish Primary Schools. 

The system has been designed to make music more accessible, fun and creative for teachers and their students while comprehensively covering all areas of the Primary Music Curriculum.

No musical experience is required and all participation will be in context of group performance using simple classroom instruments.

The course will cover all areas of the music curriculum, across all classes, using the free online resources at DabbledooMusic.com.

Shane Mc Kenna, music teacher, musician and founder of DabbledooMusic, will host this workshop, sharing his experience and knowledge of how to make music work for you in your classroom. Join us for an evening of listening, performing and composing in a relaxed and pressure free setting, which will give you the experience and confidence to make music a more integral part of your yearly plans.
